When You Order:
- After a fraud prevention check the software takes only minutes to download. Sometimes bank or credit card response time to fraud checks delay orders by several hours - even a day.
- The ONE-TIME charge appears as "PLI*INET E SOLUTIONS." If you don't want transactions showing on your statement, use a friend's card or buy a prepaid MasterCard or VISA gift card. They work like any credit card.
- Enter your email correctly when ordering. Upon payment confirmation you will receive an email with a link to download the software. Check your spam filter if you don't see the email.
- The email will contain 3 links - one to an online users manual, a second to customer support and a third to get a receipt or if applicable to request a refund. Please Note - Software will cease to operate within 24 hours of your refund request.
